Edwin Feulner

Dr. Feulner is Chung Ju-yung Fellow and Chairman of the Asian Studies Center at The Heritage Foundation. He was a founding trustee of The Heritage Foundation and served as its president from 1977 to 2013. Dr. Feulner was named one of the “Seven Most Powerful Conservatives in Washington” by Forbes magazine and has also been featured on Fox News Sunday as the program’s “Power Player of the Week.” The Daily Telegraph in London also named him one of the “100 Most Influential American Conservatives” in 2010 and he was included in a Washingtonian list of “45 Who Shaped Washington” that same year. Dr. Feulner has also served on numerous Presidential and Congressional commissions and task forces. He is the author of seven books and many of his articles and columns have appeared in major newspapers around the world. Dr. Feulner earned his Ph.D. at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and his B.S. from Regis University.
