TwitterDr. Shen is an associate professor in the National Institute of International Strategy at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). He is also now the chief of the Emerging Economy Dept. and the Secretary General of the Center for APEC and East Asian Cooperation at CASS. He has published a variety of articles in Chinese and in English. Dr. Shen received a B.A. in economics from the School of Economics in Wuhan University and an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Wuhan University.
