Cheng Xiaohe

Professor, Renmin University of China
Session 4 - "China Between the Two Koreas"

Dr. Cheng Xiaohe is Associate Professor at the School of International Studies and Deputy Director of Center for China’s International Strategic Studies, Renmin University of China. Dr. Cheng previously worked at China Institute of Contemporary International Relations and served as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Fairbank Center of Harvard University (1997-98). He also taught China’s politics and foreign policies in Dublin College University (2007) and China’s foreign relations at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor (2009). His recently published articles have covered China’s relations with the Korean Peninsula and the Indian subcontinent. Dr. Cheng did his undergraduate works in international politics in Fudan University and earned his Ph.D. in political science from Boston University.
