Tsai Tung-Chieh

Dr. Tsai is a professor at the Graduate Institute of International Politics, and Director of the Center for Contemporary China Studies and the Center for Comprehensive Japan Studies at National Chung-Hsing University in Taiwan. He was Chair of Graduate Institute of International Politics from 2007-2009, Vice Dean of College of Social Sciences and Management from 2008-2010, and Director of the Center for Global Peace and Strategy Studies from 2007-2011. Dr. Tsai received his M.A. and Ph.D. in international politics from National Cheng-Chi University.
