David Chance

Mr. Chance is the Reuters bureau chief in Seoul, in charge of a multimedia reporting team of 25 people. Prior to working in Seoul, he was bureau chief in Malaysia and Hungary. David worked in London and New York before that, specializing in emerging economies, debt, and currency crises.
