Kim Sung-han

Dr. Kim Sung-han is Professor of International Relations at the Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS) and Director of Ilmin International Relations Institute at Korea University. He recently served as Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Korea (2012-13). Dr. Kim was the Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on WMD in 2013-14 and is now the Chair of the Korean National Committee of Council on Security Cooperation in the Asia Pacific (CSCAP). Dr. Kim specializes in U.S. foreign policy and international security. He has served on numerous presidential commissions, councils, and committees related to foreign affairs and national security issues. Dr. Kim received his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.
