Dr. Han is the advisor to the Rector and a scholar in the faculty of International Relations at Kadir Has University in Istanbul. Previously, he was a columnist at Radikal and Referans, the chief editorial advisor of the Turkish edition of the New Perspectives Quarterly, and an International Relations Advisor for Turkish Exporters Assembly. He also has ten years of experience as an executive in the manufacturing, commodities and financial sectors and has held academic posts at various Turkish universities. Dr. Han has published extensively on Afghanistan, geo-strategy of energy politics, US Foreign Policy and Turkish foreign policy. He received a B.A., MA and a Ph.D. in international relations from the Istanbul University and has studied negotiations at Harvard University.
