Biography

Colonel(P) Noh Myoung Hyoun was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the ROK Army Infantry and has served in various roles as a commander and staff officer at the Academic Background. Served as a policy planning expert at the MND, leading the development of key strategic documents. At the ROK TRADOC, performed duties as an instructor at the Army College and conducted doctrine research and lessons learned analysis.
