Dr. Yoon Young-kwan, the Chairman of the Asan Institute for Policy Studies, and Ambassador Koichi Mizushima shared perspectives on the Russia-Ukraine war, Russia-North Korea relations, the U.S. presidential election, the North Korean nuclear issue, and future cooperation between South Korea and Japan.
