ROK and Australian Pivotal Middle Power Cooperation

On Tuesday, August 27, 2012, the Asan Institute of Policy Studies hosted a closed roundtable on “ROK and Australian Pivotal Middle Power Cooperation.” Former Australian Ambassador to Korea, H.E. Sam Gerovich visited the Asan Institute to continue ongoing discussions on ROK-Australia cooperation. The roundtable discussed Dr. Lee Jaehyon’s study of the ROK-Australia 2+2 Meeting of July 3-4 as well as the potential role of Korea and Australia as pivotal middle powers in the region.
