Dr. Diana Myers is a former fellow at the RAND Corporation. She was also a 2022 Project on Nuclear Issues (PONI) Scholar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and was previously a fellow at the Center for Global Security Research (CGSR) at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. She most recently completed her fellowship with the Council on Strategic Risks as a Nuclear Risk Reduction Fellow. Her research explores policy implications of third-party intervention with respect to nuclear contingency planning on the Korean Peninsula. She received her B.S. in political science from the United States Air Force Academy and her Ph.D. in policy analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School.
