Dr. Rivlin is an economist and Senior Fellow at the Moshe Dayan Center for Middle East and African Studies at Tel Aviv University. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses on Middle East economics at Tel Aviv, Ben Gurion and London Universities, and has been a visiting professor at Emory University. He is the editor of Iqtisadi, the Middle East economics publication of the Dayan Center and is currently writing a book on the economics of the Arab Spring. Dr. Rivlin studied at Cambridge, London and Harvard Universities, and is the author of five books and numerous monographs, papers and contributions to books on economic development in the Middle East, international energy markets, defense and trade economics.
