Mr. Rebolledo is currently the director of IINCIPE. He is also a senior lecturer in international public law and international relations at the King Juan Carlos University in Madrid. He specializes in disarmament, arms control, and non-proliferation on which he has published more than 100 articles and 8 books as author or editor. Mr. Rebolledo received a bachelor’s degrees in political science and sociology by the Complutense University of Madrid in 1966 and received his doctorate degree in international relations from the same university in 1995.
