Dr. Sethi is the project leader on nuclear security at the Centre for Air Power Studies, located in New Delhi. Previously, she was a member of the research faculty at the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA) in New Delhi and served as an international relations fellow at the Centre de Sciences Humaines. She lectures regularly for the Indian Armed Forces and participates in numerous Track-II diplomatic initiatives. She is also a consultant at the Nuclear Abolition Forum. She is the author of Nuclear Strategy: India’s March Towards Credible Deterrence and Argentina’s Nuclear Policy; a co-author of Nuclear Deterrence and Diplomacy; and the editor of three books: Towards A Nuclear Weapons Free World; Global Nuclear Challenges; and Nuclear Power: In the Wake of Fukushima. She received her Ph.D. from the Jawaharlal Nehru University.
