Seminar with the Delegation of University of San Diego

On January 8, the delegation of University of San Diego visited the Asan Institute for Policy Studies. Dr. Shin Beomchul, a senior fellow of the Center for Security and Unification, gave a lecture on “Security Environment of the Korean Peninsula.” Dr. Shin explained in detail the current U.S.-North Korea’s relations, North Korea’s strategic calculus and prospects for the inter-Korean relations. The lecture was followed by a Q&A session.
