TwitterDr. Zhang is an assistant professor at Tsinghua University. He received his Ph.D. at the University of Sheffield. From 2007 to 2008, he was a director of Master’s Program in International Development at the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University. Also, he has taught courses on politics, development economics, and comparative politics and government.
