Dr. Gao Fei is vice president of China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU). His past professional experience includes director of the Research Center of China Diplomacy, director of the Research Office of China Foreign Affairs University, deputy secretary-general of the China National Association for International Studies (CNAIS), executive council member of the Association of Sino-Russian Relations (China) and Fulbright visiting scholar at George Washington University. His main academic books are Gentlemanly Diplomacy in a Harmonious World: Chinese Foreign Policy and the International System (2011), China Diplomacy Since the Era of Reform and Opening Up (2008), and Transformation of Political Culture and Its Impact on the Evolution of Sino-Russian Relations (2008). Dr. Gao received his B.A. and M.A. at Peking University, and his Ph.D. at China Foreign Affairs University.
