On Tuesday, December 24, the International Law and Conflict Resolution Center at the Asan Institute for Policy Studies hosted a forum entitled, “International Law Perspectives on China’s ADIZ and Japan’s Position on Collective Self-Defense” with Seoul International Law Academy.
The Forum, which started with a keynote speech by, Shin Kak-soo, Director of the Center for International Law at the Korea National Diplomatic Academy, included 7 experts who discussed and analyzed Chinese ADIZ and Japanese position to exercise its right of collective self-defense from international law perspectives.
The Forum was conducted in Korean.
