Reciprocating with his remarks, H.E. Bakyt Dyussenbayev, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan said he was pleased to sign the meaningful agreement on the thirtieth anniversary of the independence of Kazakhstan and of the closure of the Semei Nuclear Test Site and would like both institutes to advance joint activities and exchange of views on pressing security, economic, and foreign policy issues in the region.
