The Asan Institute for Policy Studies invited the former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger to deliver the 1st Asan Memorial Lecture, entitled “Nuclear North Korea and Northeast Asia,” on the 1st floor Auditorium at the Asan Institute on March 11, 2010. Dr. Kissinger, the preeminent theorist and strategist of international diplomacy of our time, provided a detailed policy analysis of the North Korean nuclear threat and examined the historical implications of the rise of China from a unique perspective.
