On February 2, 2024, the Asan Institute for Policy Studies hosted a closed roundtable with Thitinan Pongsudhirak, a professor in the political science faculty of Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. Professor Thitinan presented under the theme of “Thailand, Myanmar, and ASEAN in the Indo-Pacific: Trends and Prospects,” and had an in-depth discussion with Asan fellows about ASEAN’s foreign policy and cooperation measures in the era of U.S.-China strategic competition.
