On October 20, the delegation of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA) visited the Asan Institute for Policy Studies. Dr. Go Myung-Hyun, Senior Research Fellow of the Asan Institute for Policy Studies, delivered a lecture on “North Korean WMD Threats and the Alliance”, and Professor Lee Shin-wha, Ambassador for International Cooperation on North Korean Human Rights, delivered a lecture on “North Korean Human Rights and International Cooperation.” The delegation had an interactive Q&A session on North Korea’s nuclear and missile programs, sanctions against North Korea, and North Korean human rights issues.
