On Thursday, July 4, the Middle East and North Africa Center at the Asan Institute for Policy Studies hosted a closed roundtable discussion with Dr. Mostafa Dolatyar, Director General of the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS), a government affiliated think tank in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
An expert on Iranian foreign policy and international law, Dr. Dolatyar has been a key figure in Iran’s relations with the international community at the United Nations and various track-II meetings. During the meeting, Dr. Dolatyar held a wide-ranging discussion on Iran’s nuclear program, the Syrian crisis, as well as Iran’s broader regional security outlook. Participants also discussed Iran’s relations with the two Koreas and the international community
