On Wednesday, September 4, 2013, the Asan Institute for Policy Studies hosted the Asan Distinguished Speaker Series with Eric X. Li, founder and managing director of Chengwei Capital.

Dr. Li, a venture capitalist and political scientist, is a contrarian thinker who argues that the Chinese Communist Party will not be replaced by Western style democracy anytime soon.
