Dr. Han is an associate research fellow at the Jeju Peace Institute. He also serves as policy advisor to the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Originally trained as an international political economy specialist, Dr. Han has conducted research on nuclear strategy and public diplomacy. He received a B.A. and an M.A. from Seoul National University and his Ph.D. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.
