Dr. Kim is a professor in the Graduate School of International Studies at Sogang University. Previously he was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Sigur Center for Asian Studies at George Washington University, and he was a member of the Policy Advisory Board for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Dr. Kim received his B.A. from Yonsei University, an MBA from George Washington University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Yale.
