Mr. Luu is the director of the International Cooperation Division at the Vietnam Agency for Radition and Nuclear Safety. Previously, he was an officer and later director of the Nuclear Safety Division, a visiting researcher at the Nuclear Reactor Analysis Laboratory at Hanyang University in Korea, and a lecturer and research fellow in the Department of Nuclear Engineering and Environmental Physics in the Institute of Engineering Physics at Hanoi University of Technology in Vietnam.
