Ms. DuMond is a research associate in the Office of the Korea Chair at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Prior to joining CSIS, Marie was a consultant at Roubini Global Economics in New York City assisting with research and writing on the South Korean and Indian economies. From 2007-2008, Marie served on the New York State Assembly Ways and Means Committee’s Economics Group and taught Kaplan law school prep classes at the State University of New York Albany. Marie received her M.A. in international law and politics from Georgetown University and a B.S. in applied economics and a certificate in international relations from Cornell University.
