Biography

Colonel Lee is active ROK Army officer currently serving as a visiting researcher at the Asan Institute for Policy Studies. Col. Lee lectured Military Thought and Military History at the Korea Military Academy, after receiving his Master's degree in Military Strategy at the National Defense University. Following his position at KMA, he served in mechanized frontline units and studied maneuver warfare. His most recent assignment was with the Nuclear Policy Division, ROK Ministry of National Defense, responsible for Extended Deterrence Policy and ROK-US Tailored Deterrence Strategy.
