The Director of the Asan Institute, HAHM Chaibong had a Roundtable discussion with Christopher HILL, the former Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, on January 13th at the Cyber University of Korea.

Chris Hill outlined a possible scenario of a nuclear race in East Asia and emphasized the role of China.
