Ha Taewon

Mr. Ha is an Editorial Writer for the Dong-A Ilbo. Previously, Mr. Ha was the paper’s Washington Correspondent, where he covered the U.S. presidential elections and Guantanamo Bay detention camp. He had also been embedded in Afghanistan, reporting on the South Korean reconstruction mission, and North Korea, where he was a press representative reporting on ministerial talks and family reunions. Mr. Ha received a B.A. in political science from Yonsei University, an M.A. in law and diplomacy (MALD) from Tufts University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in political science at Kyungnam University.
