Lv Fengding

Ambassador Lv is the Chairman of the International Advisory at the Charhar Institute and a Member of the Foreign Policy Advisory Group of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, People’s Republic of China. Previously, he was a Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (2008-2013), Ambassador to Sweden (2004-2008), Vice Minister of Central Foreign Affairs (1999-2004), and Ambassador to Nigeria (1995-1999). During his diplomatic career, Ambassador Lv also served in the Chinese Embassies in Gambia, Micronesia and Australia and the Translation Department and the Department of Americas and Oceania in the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
