Oded Ailam

Mr. Oded Ailam is an international consultant and a seasoned intelligence and warfare expert with over two decades of experience in Mossad, Israel’s elite intelligence agency. He is also a member of the Jerusalem Center for Security and Foreign Affairs (JCFA) Research Institute. Over his 24-year career in the Mossad, he held key operational and intelligence positions, including serving as head of the Mossad’s Counter-Terrorism Center (CTC), leading critical efforts in combating global threats. His expertise in strategic intelligence and covert operations positioned him at the forefront of Israel’s national security landscape. After retiring, Mr. Ailam transitioned into the private sector, offering security and strategic consulting services on counter-terrorism, intelligence, and cybersecurity to organizations and governments worldwide. His insights are regularly featured on Fox News, Israel Hayom, and other international outlets. Mr. Ailam is also a tech entrepreneur, having founded a company specializing in industrial quality control solutions. Additionally, he is involved in the entertainment industry as a writer and contributor to scripts for films and television series in Hollywood, France, and Israel. Mr. Ailam holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
