TwitterMr. Pomper is a senior research associate in Monterey’s Washington DC office. Mr. Pomper joined CNS in 2009 as a senior research associate after serving as editor-in-chief of Arms Control Today, a post he held since March 2003. Previously, he was the lead foreign policy reporter for CQ Weekly, and a Foreign Service officer with the U.S. Information Agency. His career has also included several years spent covering national security and political issues at the Legi-Slate News Service and the publication of book chapters, analytical articles, and reports for publications.
