TwitterMr. Spector is deputy director of CNS and leads the Center’s Washington DC Office. In addition he serves as editor-in-chief of the Center`s publications. Mr. Spector joined CNS from the U.S. Department of Energy, where he served as an assistant deputy administrator for Arms Control and Nonproliferation at the National Nuclear Security Administration.
