Tamara Spitzer-Hobeika

Research Assistant, Proliferation Prevention Program, Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS)

Tamara Spitzer-Hobeika is the research assistant with the Proliferation Prevention Program at CSIS, where she works on projects examining issues such as multilateral approaches to the nuclear fuel cycle and U.S. nuclear cooperation agreements. Prior to joining CSIS, she interned with HELIO International, a network of analysts assessing the contribution of energy systems and policies to sustainable development. Ms. Spitzer-Hobeika holds a B.A. in politics, with a focus on international relations, as well as certificates in French and in dance, from Princeton University.
