Biography

Dr. Yoon is an active duty full Colonel working in Army Headquarter. He served as commanders in several levels, platoon, company, and battalion. He also worked as executive officers in Combined Forces Command and Army Headquarter. He received Master degree form U. S. Airforce Institute of Technology and Ph.D. degree from Korea National Defense University. His research areas are National Security, Revolution in Military affair.
