On June 3-5, 2019, the Asan Institute for Policy Studies and National Endowment for Democracy co-sponsored expert dialogues on Democracy, National Identity, and Foreign Policy in Asia and Value Diplomacy. More than 31 experts from 9 different countries gathered in Seoul to have in-depth discussion on topics such as examining democracy in Asian countries, soft power, and challenges lie ahead from each country.
