Mr. Shadrack is a radiation protection officer in the Radiation Protection Board Department in the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation in Kenya. He has over 10 years of experience as a radiation and nuclear protection officer and has attended extensive training courses abroad. He received his undergraduate degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in Kenya and his postgraduate degree from the Department of Nuclear and Quantum Engineering at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
