Dr. Cui is a professor in the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies at Tongji University. He is also the research director of the Korean Peninsula Research Office, Shanghai Tongji Asia-Pacific Research Center; association director of the Shanghai World History Institute, Shanghai Overseas Chinese Historical Society Institute and Shanghai Taiwan Studies Institute; special researcher at the Korean Peninsula Research Center of Shanghai Academy of Social Science; and a researcher of Fudan University’s Korea Research Center. Previously, he was also a research director and associate of the Neighboring Countries Research Office, Eastern Europe and Central-West Asia Research Institute at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. He graduated from Anhui Normal University.
