Ms. Lowe-Lee is the president of Global America Business Institute (GABI) which she founded in Washington, DC in 2011 to promote the understanding between the United States and Korea, particularly on nuclear energy issues. Previously, she served as the treasurer and director of Finance and Publications at the Korea Economic Institute (KEI) for 19 years. Prior to joining KEI, Ms. Lowe-Lee worked as deputy director of operations for the Massachusetts Senate Ways and Means Committee. She also served as an adviser to the Massachusetts Office of International Trade and Investment. Earlier, she worked as a research assistant at the Neuroanatomy and Neuroendocrinology laboratory of Rockefeller University in New York City. She received a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and received an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
