Dr. Schiller is a senior analyst at Schmucker Technologie, a consulting company in Munich, Germany. Previously, he was a Stanton nuclear security fellow at the RAND Corporation, and a project engineer at Schmucker Technologie. Since 2006, he supports Robert Schmucker at university courses at the Technical University Munich and the University of Armed Forces Munich, and is currently preparing a comprehensive textbook about ballistic missiles. He received a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in astronautics from the Technical University Munich.
