Mr. Bradford is Adjunct Professor at the Vermont Law School, former Nuclear Regulatory Commission Commissioner, and former chair of the New York and Maine utility regulatory commissions. He advises on utility regulation, nuclear power and energy policy in the United States and abroad. He recently chaired Vermont’s Public Oversight Panel on the Reliability of the Vermont Yankee nuclear power plant and is now a Vermont Commissioner to the Texas/Vermont Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact Commission. He served on the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development panel advising how best to replace the remaining Chernobyl nuclear plants in the Ukraine and on an Austrian government panel on the opening of the Mochovce nuclear power plant in Slovakia. He is a graduate of Yale University and the Yale Law School.
