Ryan Costello is the Fissile Materials Working Group coordinator at the Connect U.S. Fund. Prior to joining the Connect U.S. Fund, he was a research assistant with the Fund for Peace’s Center for the Study of Threat Convergence, which examines how weak states could potentially facilitate weapons of mass destruction (WMD) terrorism. Ryan graduated with a master’s degree in international affairs/U.S. foreign policy from American University’s School of International Service and received his bachelor from Ursinus College, where he studied history and international affairs.
