Ms. Squassoni is the director of the proliferation prevention program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She is a member of the Fissile Materials Working Group and serves on the board of the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation. Previously, she worked at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and served fourteen years in the government, both in the executive branch (State Department and Arms Control and Disarmament Agency) and in the legislative branch (Congressional Research Service). She received her B.A. from SUNY Albany, M.P.M. from the University of Maryland, and M.A. from the National War College.
