Dr. Zhang is an assistant researcher at Fudan University. He is also a member of the Arms Control Program at the Center for American Studies at Fudan University and the Program on Strategic Stability Evaluation at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Previously, he was a visiting scholar at the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. His research focuses on South Asia, arms control, strategic and security issues. He received his Ph.D. from the Center for South Asian Studies at Fudan University.
