Eric X. Li
Dr. Li is a venture capitalist and political scientist in Shanghai. He is Founder and Managing Director of Chengwei Capital and a Senior Fellow at the Chunqiu Institute. Dr. Li serves on the Board of Directors of China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai and is Vice Chairman of the CEIBS Publishing Group. Dr. Li also serves on the board of CEIBS Ghana, the school’s branch in Africa. Dr. Li is a co-founder of Dulwich College International, the world’s largest international school group with campuses in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, Seoul, and Singapore. Dr. Li serves on the Board of Trustees of the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive of the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Li is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. Dr. Li is a frequent contributor to the New York Times, Financial Times, the Christian Science Monitor, South China Morning Post, the Huffington Post and the Global Times. He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School, and a Ph.D. from the School of International Relations and Public Affairs at Fudan University.
