Concurrent Session 2-2 - "Emerging Security Issues: Space, Cyber and New Challenges"

Dr. Jeanne Choi is an energy analyst in the Office of Economic Policy Analysis and Public Diplomacy in the U.S. Department of State. She has served as an advisor to the energy & environmental affairs program and a Non-resident Fellow at the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR). Previously, Dr. Choi worked in consulting and strategic planning, developing liquefied natural gas and renewable energy projects in the Indo-Pacific. She also worked as the new program manager at the Clinton Climate Initiative, leading the creation and implementation of new climate change and energy transition programs for the Clinton Foundation. Dr. Choi holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.S. from New York University. She then received her Ph.D. in Energy, Resources, and Environment from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University.
