Park Kwan-yong

Mr. Park received a master’s degree in general public administration at Hanyang University in 1991. He served as vice president of the Grand National Party (GNP) from 1998 to 2000, and went on to serve as the acting president of the same party until 2002. In addition, Mr. Park was the representative of the ROK-DPRK National Assembly Summit. He has been politically and socially active as a politician in South Korea.
