Chad Peltier

Mr. Peltier is currently a research intern at the Institute for National Strategic Studies at the National Defense University under Ms. Elaine Bunn. He is also a research assistant to Dr. Nuno Monteiro of Yale University, where he studies Chinese military modernization. Mr. Peltier is a cofounder of the Georgia Grand Strategy?a student think-tank?where he has written on grand strategic and realist theory. He has conducted research on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in China and Russia. Mr. Peltier hopes to pursue a career in academia and government.
